This Montreal native has lived in Rigaud for many years now, the rural lifestyle became an important part of her life. Having graduated in law and after dabbling in many activities, she worked in the judicial system for many years.
As a young girl, her gift for drawing was part of her everyday life. But it wasn't until 1980 that she would take courses and interest herself in oil painting.
Her first exhibits was 1998 and, ever since then she's never stopped painting. The ever present emotions of Joie de vivre, love and friendship are conveyed in her nostalgic scenes of a be gone era.
Her home environment remains a constant source of inspiration for her rural scenes from which she imagines real life stories for her whimsical characters.
